Karen B. Willick, MS, OTR/L, is a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist with over 31 years of helping children and adults thrive. After earning her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from Columbia University, KB has worked in schools, clinics, homes, and community programs—supporting individuals with autism, sensory processing challenges, motor delays, brain injuries, and more. She’s also a certified personal trainer, aqua therapist, and health and wellness coach, with a special interest in working with teens and adults with disabilities.
Throughout her career, KB has brought her expertise to a wide variety of settings, including hospitals and early intervention programs. She has provided both inpatient and outpatient care, supported families during critical developmental years, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, individualized care. Her experience across diverse environments allows her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of every client and family.
KB loves finding creative, fun, and functional ways to help each person reach their goals. She’s led therapy teams, developed inclusive programs like social groups and summer camps, and mentored future therapists. Whether she's working one-on-one or leading a group, KB focuses on building confidence, independence, and joy. In 2022, she was proudly nominated as one of New Jersey’s Favorite Kids’ Docs—a reflection of the heartfelt care she brings to every session.
